Faculty providing in-house consulting services to industry partners are required to report these activities for compliance purposes. SMPH and UW Health coordinate to help ensure faculty’s compliance with the various conflict of interest policies at both institutions, and to prevent inadvertent violation of other legal and regulatory requirements. The following tasks, when applicable, must be completed in conjunction with the execution of your in-house consulting contract.
- For consulting activities, complete the UW Health IIRC-Consulting with Industry form.
- For speaking engagements, complete the UW Health IIRC-Speaking with Industry form.
- Update your OAR report within 30 days of engaging in the activity.
