The UW works closely with the UW Hospitals and Clinics Authority (UWHCA) to manage registry agreements. The group is made up of members from the UWHCA Registry Team, the SMPH Informatics Team, and the Contracts Team. Each Registry Form is submitted to a database accessible by the entire working group. They meet semiweekly to discuss registry requests and collaborate on shared registry agreements.
